Stock-Returning Policy::

Item(s) is exchangable within the same category strictly within 2days only upon receiving, complies to our policy below:

*1:: All associated charges is to be borne by the customer.

*2:: Returning item must be in its original packaging (with taps, tag, carton or boxes) together with any important order references, and strictly unworn!

Accepted Cases:

*1:: Item delivered to you is in terribly damage or stained condition.

*2:: Item's colour largely differ from your order.

Unaccepted Cases:

*1:: Irregular fold or wrinkle due to crumpling packaging.

*2:: Minor in size measurement.

*3:: Customers who did not inform us earlier prior beforehand the reason of exchanging item will not be entertained.

*4:: Sold out items are not available for exchange.
